Exactly what I think, no more, no less

The noise from the nightclub below made it hard to sleep, and the tiny room left little comfort. While the staff were friendly, the lack of cleanliness and small amenities was disappointing. Cold breakfast and weak shower pressure added to the frustration. Not likely to return.

The location was handy, at a moderate distance from a multi-purpose stadium.

I liked the room and its simple decor.

The location is super convenient, right on Granville and close to everything. While the noise from the nightclub was frustrating, the friendly staff and clean room made the visit bearable. Just be prepared for the parking fee and noise from the street.

Our room was functional and complete with the 1 bed, location in the center, a window view. Having a hair dryer, a shower cap and bath sheets was a bonus. The location was amazing, for example, Robson Street was relatively close to the hotel. The staff was absolutely kind, took good care of everyone.

Decent stay with good vibes

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was pretty chill. My room was quiet, didn't hear much from the nightclub below, a relief. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was nice for meals. Solid but could use some updates.

great and fantastic location, within walking distance of the orpheum theatre. big size and updated hotel rooms on the 1 bed in every suite.

It's not that the hotel is bad, I went to run the marathon and I stay a little far away everything, until the subway station 6 or 7 blocks, as for the surroundings there are good places to eat and take a good coffee, best area is completely on the other side of the city, my room was facing Granville Street very crowded night party, super cars pass by making a lot of noise, nothing that a few plugs don't solve in the corner super, comfortable bed and clean bathroom, friendly and helpful staff, little expensive I think but I think in general Vancouver is expensive and just to sleep is fine, thanks for everything.

Noise and light at night but it is solved with earplugs and sleeping pads, I prefer it to another room above one of the bars that are on the sides and that rumbles everything, if you are warned and you have the area is a good choice.

We spent 2 nights in a spacious Double Room with Two Double Beds and really loved relaxing by the outdoor pool and enjoying the cozy lounge area with games. There are a bunch of great restaurants nearby, perfect for the family and the ambiance felt cute. Just a heads-up, I noticed some small hidden fees when we checked out, but it didn't take away from our enjoyable stay 😊

Nice and trendy lobby, welcoming staff, comfortable rooms recently refurbished, as the gm told me. Ideal location for sight seeing, shopping, restaurants and night life - I definitely recommend it!

Perfect central location - close to huge variety of shops, restaurants, clubs, cafes and public transportation. Very friendly staff always willing to assist and comfortable, clean rooms.

As the hotel is located on busy Granville street, noise can be an issue at night.

Noisy air conditioning in a small room put a damper on my stay. Friendly staff and nearby eateries were highlights. The nightclub next door made it hard to sleep at night.

The hotel was absolutely awesome!!! My husband and i loved being so close to everything honestly. The rooms were great, the staff was incredible. There are not many places you can find nowadays with great customer service and this one exceeded my expectations by far.
